How much water do you drink a day?

I'd be willing to say maybe .5 to 1L or slightly less.

 

Barely drink any water at all, mainly a cup or 2 .

 

at least 1ltr daily.

 

Way too much, I pee like 2-3 times a school day..which is only 6 hours.

 

I dont know how many litres but i drink like 4-5 glasses of water per day I usually just fill up a large bottle and drink it

Not nearly enough haha. I drink a lot of coke [that has water in it haha]

 

Anywhere between 2-4L during summer and 1L or less in winter. Love my coffee's in winter though.

 

I usually drink 2-4 pints, but on the odd days could be 1 pint .. find it hard to drink so much, I usually just drink when I feel thirsty !

Less than 1L easy. Unhealthy, but it's literally the max I can get, for at school I barely get a single drop ;( (no time).

 

Honestly, I don't drink any apart from when I drink diluted fruit-juice. Doctors say I'm healthy, so fuck it.

I suffer from migraines so I try to drink 2-3L per day.

 

I drink 1-2 gallons a day. I'm in track and constantly need to be hydrated, so at home I have a one-gallon milk bottle filled with water that I re-use to make sure I'm drinking enough. If you think you have to piss a lot, think again lmao.

Well Ik I don't drink enough, I only drink about a glass of water a day!

 

It depends if I worked out or if it's a regular day.
But generally 1L per day.

 

It has been proven that there is fluoride in the water.

 

I drink probably a liter of water a day. It is very important for you and the fact is people don't drink enough of it.
