How much RAM would you guys recommend for running several bots?

I'll be using bots such as kMiner, woodcutting and a fishing all at once, so let's say 3-5 bots running with minimal lag/no lag. How much RAM would you guys recommend?

ATM I only have 1GB and 2 bots is a push if I want to browse the web at the same time.

They use about 500 mb each so you'l need about 3 gb.

I got 4 gb and I can run about 3 before my computer starts to give out.

That's probably cuz of my shitty graphics card though.

 

Just putting it out there its not ALL about the RAM, CPU processor and such things come into place too.
