How long does a person have over the stated time 2 complete service

Person said 2 weeks for completion it has been 2 weeks only half is completed they didn’t play on account 9 out of 14 days

 

I logged into the account on date it was supposed to be completed and he said I broke contract by logging in and is now keeping my gold

 

Make a scam report. A service provider can‘t keep money for uncompleted work. he has to refund the remaining part if he decides to cancel his own service.

I would contact the provider and work out an arrangement, if nothing happens contact a moderator or open a scam report. Sometimes delays happen but usually the service provider should be up front and let you know beforehand

 

If you contractually agreed to the penalty of him keeping the gold while terminating the service in the situation that you violate the ToS, then he is in the right. Otherwise, I would start a dispute.

 

if he told you in two weeks the order was going to get completed then the order should have be completed. you login into the account when the order suppose to have done I don't think that's breaking his TOS. since he only have done half of the services in 2 weeks... as many people say make a report here and follow the format Report A Scammer

 

you are right but he logged when the ETA that the services provider said it would be done. that mean that the one breaking the ETA is the services provider.

 

Sure he broke a rule, but if the ToS didn't specify what the penalty is for breaking that specific rule, then it doesn't necessarily apply by operation of law.

In other words, there is a difference between:
-You are not allowed to do X
-X is not allowed, breaching this rule has consequence Y

 

oh well, I guess I'm more soft when I use my TOS. as long they don't piss my workers when they doing the services I wont go hunt their heads. but this guy told him 2 weeks and only half was done according to @Hash rosin xD

Honestly i didnt want to do this but user is a know scammer , just want to refund the payment from the order to the scammed user , check his repor

I agree with you, im usually very soft about my terms too but @Hash rosin started to be very rude and its lying about when he logged on the account during the service, i left some proofs on the report thread, not much to say about this

 

if that's the case then I'm with you. he basically lying to everyone in this thread then because he didn't mentioned that you even gave him plenty of opportunities when he logged into the acc before. plus he was rude then RIP.
