How is pid determined now?

I haven't really staked on 07 since pid was determined by ip. Is it 100% random now? I did a few fights earlier and would lose/gain pid every fight. One fight I didn't have pid at beginning but then I somehow won by gaining first hit in no movement.

So how is it determined now?

 

I think they changed it so that who ever is logged in for the longest gets PID?

I heard that, but I'd stake the same guy once, have pid, not log out, challenge him again and then he gets it. So that wouldn't make sense

It's completely random now bruh (in the arena), like it's literally randomised every single hit now, no way to gain an edge over someone with pid anymore other than sheer luck.
