How I dispute a ban that was wrongly given

how do I dispute a ban that was given wrongly I was banned on another site because I purchased premium membership but I bought the wrong membership so I asked if I could have a refund and they said yes but they will have to ban my account in turn, which I agreed was fine, I didn't scam any one and I can provide any proof or do what ever I need to do to get unbanned
