How has Sythe survived?

What about people who copy the homepage of RuneScape.com and turn it into a phisher, does these people get caught/sued/etc?

Your staff ban innocent users, and don't give a shit - which is unfortunatly what sythe has come to. Every moderator on this site has done something they could easily get banned for (except perhaps those here for power - finniscool, sin666, benwise90, etc). Yet among all this mess throughout the staff, innocent users get banned for things that are not against the rules - or even close. They get banned because Finniscool and Sin666 like showing who's in charge. Infact my best friend was banned on this website awhile back. You know what he was banned for? Cracking Runescape accounts. The only 'proof' of this was the fact that he belonged to a website that has a subsection for runescape cracking (although one of your most trusted moderators is an ex-administrator there). The same person posted on a new account stating his innocence. Now ofcourse finniscool comes into the mess with his power hungry attitude. He tells the user he is now ban evading by posting an appeal on a new account (with the same username but a "2" at the end) which a moderator had asked him to do by the way.

This is just one small example of the huge mess you guy's call staff. Those that want a higher possision on sythe, know they have to kiss ass - or act cool enough all the staff will like them (without offending those who are high on themselves). When finniscool was premoted to moderator nobody was happy...because it takes some serious dedication to not get pissed off at the boy - a few stood true and ass-kissed (which ended up helping themselves and Finn in the end). Sure Finn does a shitload of work for this site, but he's a fucking asshole. Everyone using this site enjoyed it because it was like "A rebellion against the evil tyrant Andrew Gower". Now it's like...school.
