How do you think runescape anti-ban really works?

I've been working on a project to create something that has the lowest antiban possible. Oddly enough it seems no runescape botting clients are able to achive this. Probably because they directly communicate with the API.

With that being said it would appear AHKs and colorpickers have the lowest banrate despite the same exact pixel perfect clicking with no randomness. SirPugger also mentioned this in his new videos.

Why do you think this is true and how do you think the antibotting algorithm really works?

 

I think the anti ban coder ban's off of repeated pattern recognition that is key signs of botting but they can only do it once they are 100% sure so if you bot offers a slight chance of human error within the process like a misclick here or there or if your doing some bank standing skills a few early banks are human process'

This is off-topic but hey it's the spam forum - I have always wondered why people use pixel-perfect clicking in their bots. It seems like they should define a region around a desired click area and pick a random x and y coordinate that fall within that area. That, combined with a little randomness in timing and some random doubleclicks/misclicks, always seemed to make the most sense to me.

 

@Superfluous thats already implemented in it rn. Me and Richard are working on it every day to build as much antiban as possible

AHK should always appear kinda random to jagex due to ping and other factors. I also noticed most bots have very specific pathing which they probably very closely correlate with everyone else using the same script

just look at the rc bots in edgeville.

make them as human-like as possible

schedule in random 0-180 second breaks, if you can create a system which automatically updates it self, then you're on to something.

 

From what I understand its all about randomizing all patterns. Almost all scripts contain minor patterns that can be observed by their antiban system and once they pinpoint it on one account, they can use that to then cross check other accounts likely using the same script.

 

i purchased an expensive script that gets me banned the next day lol..
