How do you get a deflector?

[Paralysisâ„¢]

Do you get it from pest control?

If so how much points does it cost?

[wootlol]

you get it from conquest you have to gain 250 ranks

you can get it very fast if you boost it with a friend willing to lose his ranks so you can gain ranks

[Paralysisâ„¢]

Whats conquest?

[kjam3]

is like this mini game where you fight other players using a small army.

To add on to this

http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Conquest

should tell you everything you need to know about it

[Paralysisâ„¢]

Is there a bot for it?

[Sypherz]

You need to get 1250 Rank in Conquest. Takes a lot of time and skill (I know from experience)
There is no bot for it. That would be INSANELY difficult to program.

Why so?

[kjam3]

Because you control a small army and you have to win it by battling another small army. It would be way to complex for a bot to know how to defeat another small army using strategies like flanking and etc. Play a game and you'll find out what I mean.
