How can I prove a SS if fake?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, could a mod please move it if it is.

A 'seller' made a fake ss and sent it to playerauctions trying to prove he delivered it when it is not true. I know I have seen people say the pixels arent right on other ones but I'm not sure how to do that. and is that inventory on the right even possible to have anymore? Other than the fact that the inventory is just very unlikely how can I prove it is fake?

Also, why's the flag on his minimap there? Did he trade the gold, accept, prtscrn, and move real fast?

 

Doesn't player auctions require a second picture to prove you accepted? As mentioned above, he clicked on the minimap so his player would've moved, declining the trade.

 

I have had all of my inventory tabs along the bottom for a while, wasn't sure if it can be like that. And I also saw his account stats don't match up from what we can see. Anybody have anything else I can try to use?

 

The user Biggie Tingz only has 60 summon. In the picture, he has 94. That should do it
