how can i prove a scam?

yesterday i was about to trade 50m for 45$ (i was the seller)

and we couldn't find a omm, so i told him that we'll do that in increments 10m-20m-20m

gave him the 10m and waited for a payment, then he blocked me on msn and logged out

i dunno how but swiftkit hasn't saved the trade screenie so i have only the msn conversation but it seems pretty legit =/

is there any chance to prove that it was a scam?

 

yes just make sure you got his msn, if you have any pics or anything show it just show what you have

 

if he confirmed that he got the 10m or whatever amount in chat and you ahve it screenied then you can probably get a bann for him. if however he didnt confirm he got the money then you are SOL

it says that he will send payment so you need to screeny your PP to prove there is no payment from him. assuming a mod can make it out as it looks like the pic is all backwards. is [email protected] the scammers MSN?

If he says in the conversation that he received the cash then he will probably get banned, otherwise, I don't think that he can get banned, there isn't enough proof to back it up.
