How can I make combat training go faster?

So I'm trying to get:
50-75 ATT
54 - 80 STR
52 - 75 DEF

Whenever I skill, it seems to take FOREVER and I just give up and do something else.

How can I make my skilling go faster?
Am I fighting the wrong things? Wrong equipment? Wrong approach?

I'd really appreciate it if you posted below and gave me tips on how to make things go faster. It always takes me much longer than anyone else.

Also, any tips on how to get my desired stats are also welcome

f2p, your fucked. end of that. i went from 50 in all combat stats to 70 in 1 month members. ~65cb to 90 in a month, not nolifing, just chill training.

I highly suggest you go p2p and train at experiments, bandits, and tortosies.
