Need help. 99 range?

Lolk so I'm going to 99 ranged. Bronze knives at yaks. Ranging pots. 72 now. How long will it take to 99 in HOURS? Any tips for faster training? Btw I'm not gonna get full void. Also I don't want to spend more than 3m, and every now and then I'll range green drags to make up for the loss of money.
