Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
-The customer complaint was resolved by our support team, the customer was refunded in full to his original payment method (proof provided to Ember on Discord).
-Eldorado team agreed to respond to Sythe disputes more actively in the future, this one was initially missed.

The evidence of refund was not sufficient. I never approved it
I don't believe you have made an effort to improve your Sythe appearance at all.

The customer was still left with very little personal response and was very unhappy regardless he did not feel as though you tended to his concerns enough.

Eldorados TWC should stay Sythe users should use their service in caution

I am for having a thread for Eldorado on Sythe though for resolution and I believe that's a step in the right direction but not nearly enough to have this removed now.

 

I'll support as I know you guys aren't a threat and have been relatively clean here. Ember does make some good points though, and I do think a resolution thread could help with these issues moving forward. I've removed your TWC as that makes it 5 supports.
