They have been doing studies and some of the studies show that their are differences in the x and y chromosomes of gay and bi peoples.

If you are serious, gtfo. Why shouldn't gay's have rights? They are people.

God created man and woman to interact with each other but not 2 of a similar sex. You are trying to go against god.

Why would you make fun of somebody with homosexual parents? It's people like you who have little to no understanding of their situation that makes their life hell. Grow up.

I would like some empirical evidence of this claim that God created people.

In any case, why would this be relevant in a secular world?

What the hell are you talking about? It's not Genetic.. I think we just reached that conclusion >_>

Why don't you say "We are people" and he is pretty stupid, coming in here, not reading the first page, etc. Spamzor ;)

    Yes.

We reached the conclusion that it was a little over 50% genetic.

And they are brought up in similar environments, right? :p
    Saying the opposite, actually.

Sometimes they're similar, I suppose. If one is raised in California, and the other in Florida, there are going to be certain similarities in day-to-day life. There would also be large differences, though, due to different parents, etc.

I'm for same-sex rights. I see no really viable reasons to deny them these rights.

I think it should be a non-issue. When it comes to "rights", if you even begin to question the idea that all humans should be given equal chances, you disagree with me. That's why I go to great lengths to point out that most race-related research etc. into racial intelligence is in MAXIMUM POTENTIAL INTELLIGENCE, rather than an accurate representation of that race's intelligence.

Works the same with gays -- if you think they're inferior, let them prove it.

I am against "pro-gay" legislation, because I believe it gives one sexuality an unfair advantage. I'm also against pressuring a church into marrying homosexuals, when it is expressly forbidden by the Bible, though I think the state shouldn't care.

Like i said, they have been doing studies that show that x and y chromosomes might be different on gay / bi peoples. We just dont know yet.

You can't have those two in the same sentence.. They have been doing studies that show.. but we don't know yet??
And I know people who were always straight, a girl hurt them too much and they became gay.. I knew a guy I would NEVER expect to go gay, he did.. It can't be genetic >_>

Regardless, everything is affected by environment. Hell, if I grew up in a community where the homosexual population was ~100%, I'd probably turn out gay myself.

So you just...change? I say it's a mental choice, subconscious or not. You don't hit puberty and your body decides "Hell, with all this testosterone, I'm gonna turn gay."

Today's environment is incredibly tolerant of pretty much anything, and homosexuality is celebrated. I'm sorry that you find it hard to accept that you were shaped by experience, but that's the way it is.

Never said i did not accept it, im simply saying that i never grew up around gay people. So where else would the enviromental factor come from?
