Marriage was created by religion.

Christianity, Judaism, Islam etc. all explicitly state their condemnation of homosexuality. Blowing up a fucking town and then saying "Gay sex is wrong and horrible" pretty much sums it up.

If you still identify with your religion after you disagree with even one facet of it, you're twisting the religion to suit you, and if you believe in this omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent God in the sky and disagree with him, YOU ARE WRONG BY YOUR OWN ADMISSION.

There are obviously people "on the fence" about homosexuality, bisexuals (Which, I believe, is the natural state of homosexuals), people who are "curious", etc. so you can't deny that it is a choice, and if not a choice, a preference. Therefore, it's not something that you can't change. Gays don't disintegrate on contact with women.

Your girlfriend's brother is under the same delusion that ADD/Asperger's sufferers are under. They've been told time and time again that a slight oddity with them is a huge deal, and that they can't control it, and that they're special.
