Hello again dear sythe mods/admins !
After 6 months after my ban i decide to ask for high pardon about this: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1511304-fazii.html
Punjabi reported me for suspicious activity in my past (more than 1 year before i start using sythe again) and Video banned me.
Those mistakes was back in 2010-2011 year and was stupid from my side, i was young and i was trying to make my self look cool over internet.
I never had any hacking experience at all because i don't know anything about hacking.
I believe Punjabi3 googled me after i donated 200$ to sythe and found this bad history on my name just to protect sythe members.
I'm not mad at all to Punjabi3 for grave digging my kiddish acts in the past and not mad to Video to support the ban because both of them are just trying to protect sythe from that kind of activity.
I want to apologize to everyone,and now as grow man i wish to continue my business at sythe and if mods/admins think i can get second chance, i will appreciate it.

The weird thing is here is no trade screenshots, but thats my skype ! After this i changed my password and secured my computer.

Reasons why i deserve at least a second chance:
200$ donator
Never did anything wrong on sythe or anywhere since the stupid idea of making myself look like something i am not (2010-2011 offsite).
Run a successful rsgp business with thousands dollars.
Always polite,reliable,fast and legit.
Pretty active in sythe community in one or another way.
Never paid anyone or bough anything with paypal,so the claims from the report was not really serious.
I never ban evaded for 2 years! (Yeah most people do but i do believe the ban was deserved,and i should wait until you guys let me get back)

That scam came from before the rule we have in place now requiring a PM. Because of that you'll need to repay him to be eligible for the pardon process to proceed or have tried your best to contact him for at least 1 month.

 

Is there proof of the scam that occurred when his skype was 'hacked'?

Not sure why my pardon was closed just like that without dicussion after the first support,but i believe after 2 years waiting,at least i deserve "No support" or "Support".
I'm not here to dispute any of your decision guys,just to ask for pardon,and "No support" or "Support" working fine with me.
It's better to get "No support" than lock without discussion
Not sure when the PM rule was set,but anyway,already tried contacting the scammed guy for more than 1 year without sucess.
I have no problem paying for that,because the responsability for my account/skype is only mine if that's the case.
If the report is valid with full proofs,the amount will be donated to the website because the member is not longer active from what i can see. (If you guys have better idea,its also okay with me)
Not sure why you guys closed my thread,but i've seen a lot worst cases than mine with more attention.
At least i deserve a bit more attention.
I wait like 3x6month to post this pardon,and it was closed for like a day without any discussion...
I din't violate any sythe rules,and didn't ban evade for almost 2 years!
I do believe people deserve second chance.
If you can't forgive me,its okay,at least type "No support" than close my pardon without discussion.
My statemens will remain the same,because that's the true,and i can't claim anything else than it,because i don't think lying is the way back to the community i love.
Once again,forgive me for my childish acts and give me second chance if you can guys.

That report doesn't exactly follow the criteria so for now I'll support.

I don't get how the scam report not following the exact template (basically like every scam report we handle) means it's invalid. This pardon shouldn't have even been voted on due to outstanding debts.

 

Spoke with Roary regarding this and he's with me. There IS proof a scam occurred due to your skype and as it came during the time where you were responsible for your skype, you are responsible for this scam. Your next step will be contacting the victim and having him provide evidence to the amount that was scammed & refunding that. If you are unable to contact him there must be a minimum of 1 month elapsed showing you are doing your best to contact him.
