Fazii scammed me (he was probably hacked)

3 weeks ago we talked about a deal that never happened.. and he came back at me directly in game saying he was able to pay more for my gold this time.
we talked on skype chat and agreed on the transaction and i knew he had good reputation here so i sent first, to finally not receive a dime only a message in the chat that goes like this:

[17:36:29] fazii: its funny how i hacked this banned idiot fazii, now i got your ip and i am going to hack you also
[17:36:31] fazii: good fight

to realise just now that he is banned here... anything i can do ?

 

Nothing we can do unfortunately, although if he attempts to pardon again this would be useful. Can you post pictures of the trade itself, or of your conversation on skype?

 

no pictures of the trade, i'm an idiot for trusting people online but i can printscreen the skype conversation

by the way it was more to inform people to watch out if they have him in their friendlist in D3 (just like me)
