High level, wondering what is the best set up

hey all, ive got 27m, 99 str 99 att 91 def 99 pray 99 hp etc, just wondering what is a good set up to use? and what are some things to do to make money etc
havent played in awhile and ive never played rs3 until today

 

Full bandos, saradomin's whisper, sixth-age circuit or tokkul-zo, chaotic maul or godsword, skillcape or tokhaar-kal, vampirism or penance aura.

Things to kill: Frost dragons, QBD, any other type of dragon.

 

I recommed doing this,if you think you don't want to do QBD/Frost dragons,you can also kill black dragons with an sign of porter,which'll end up to around 2-3m/hour.
