Breifily explain how he scammed.

I leveled his account 24-30 on League of Legends and he payed me $7 which he then chargebacked.

The skype date he said he sent payment and the payment received date are the same so you know its not imposter.

I got the $7 in my paypal then a few days later it disapeared and status went from completed to held.

Actually, requesting his unban and slapping you with a TWC. You failed to mention in this report that in your ToS you guarantee no bans would be given and alongside that failed to mention you broke a crap-top of rules on LoL while training his acc.

Not to mention when he tries talking to you to request that refund, you block him on Skype. Unbanned and you're getting a TWC.
