help with gay vista

ok so heres the situation. I'm trying to help my friend install this app. On XP I have no problems with it, its a very simple installation, all that happenes is it basically just extracts all the files to C:/Program Files.. ect.

But on my friends Vista it won't let the exe file extract for the app, so i think, ok ill just send that file directly to him. I upload it on a site, and when he tryed to download it, vista just stops it.

So my question is, is there anyway to disable the gay security, just to download one simple exe file. its really getting annoying.

 

try zipping it with WinRAR?

And i never heard of gay vista? I have vista basic on my shit laptop though.... thank god for a desktop pc with XP

 

1. delete vista from ur registry
2. install xp
3. bravo

 

You should disable the firewall and turn off norton security. that shud help.

 

heres a gewd way . take his copy of Vista, throw it at him for buying it, and tell him to torrent a copy of XP

 

um it's easy to fix go into the Control Panel hit "clasic view" click the icon that says "user accounts" once in there you will see an options at the bottom like AES or something like that click it and TURN THE MOTHER FUCKER OFF. turning it off shuts off vista's main security from installing applications with those annoying fucking popup's and disables 90% of vista's DRM. it's called user application protection or something, i wouldn't know i only used vista once that was pirated off pirate bay, shutdown, never used it again. i use MAC OS-X tiger and windows XP pro x64

 

Step one: Learn how Windows works so you don't sound like a dumbass to people who know what their talking about.
Step two: Get it through your thick skull that Vista is better than XP.

Vista has NOTHING built in to stop you from downloading executable files. It's a third-party application stopping you.

3) fuck windows off completely and get a mac... in a few days you will be able to run windows on their machines anyways... and they are faster etc...

First disable UAC if its on Control Panel>User Accounts>Turn User Account Control On or Off

then right click run as administrator and you should be good
