Download the AVG free version, or just go to forumw and have a look there.

yah go to download.com and search avg and you can find the free edition there

AVG free edition, spybot search and destroy, ad-aware, zonealarm free. Go to download.com and download them. Also, you may want to install Bazooka Adware and Spyware Scanner and SpywareBlaster. I heard that they were good. Make sure you only have 1 anitvirus and 1 firewall. The antispyware you can have many.
