Help me with a RWT ban?

Hi guys, I recently got a 10 day ban for RWT...

However, when I look at the evidence, they say I was powerlevelling... wth?

Anyway, what I'm wondering is if you get caught RWT, does Jagex take all the gp you transferred? or will the money still be there after the ban had been lifted?

I never heard of a case of them taking anything, because some of it might be yours legit. And sorry about the ban, they have been retarded lately by canceling all my recovery forms.
