Rule 12 10-day ban help?

Hi guys, I recently got a 10 day ban for RWT...

However, when I look at the evidence, they say I was powerlevelling... wth?

Anyway, what I'm wondering is if you get caught RWT, does Jagex take all the gp you transferred? or will the money still be there after the ban had been lifted?

Also, can a 10-day ban become a perm. ban, even if an apology has been made an accepted?
