Help me get my account back please

Hi i live in an apartment building with shared internet so i cant make a new account because someone already has an account. My account "i be skillen" has hit a point where the password needs to be changed. But in my 7 years or so this has never happened before. The email i used for the account [email protected] is an account i made over 10 years ago and i dont have access to. I dont know how else i can verify my account. The current password on i be skillen is "p00ned". Thanks
