    Hello!
    Some background info...

    I started RS back in fifth grade, or 1999.

    I guess you could say I actively played until 2002. I made a small comeback in 2003 and then quit indefinitely.

    Just recently, I got my two accounts back and I decided, why the hell not. It's summer, I have some free time. So here I am!

    I'm not a newbie, but tips for this era would be appreciated.
