Heads447 Scammer.

I'd love to hear how I'm biased in this case. I've just provided the evidence I've discovered about this case. Everything I've brought to the table I can prove with pictures so in no way am I using non factual evidence to state my opinion.

As for ignoring you for 4 hours. I was contacted at 5:47 est while coming on to check my marks on my University's website. I had a calculus study time set up for 6:00 est and stayed on skype till 6:23 trying to get the facts straight before I had to run. I texted Roary regarding the situation but by the time I had returned it was dealt with.

 

You spend half the time asking if I was someone who I am not. Basically had to make me prove to you I wasn't "hattez" just for you to look over all the shit. Roary was contact an hour or two prior to you and he did nothing. I added about 90% of the staff list, and pm'ed them as well. Also viewed that they went to their private messages then went back to browsing the forums.

And you're good friends with heads which weighs on this as a bias view.

This is not the issue at hand though, so lets get back to the fact that heads447 is a scammer.

 

I want a final decision on this please. Today. We've given him more than enough time to put together whatever bullshit sob-story he can think of.

 

I don't understand what you mean by a final decision, the decision has been made and it seems heads' payment has been declined so he's staying banned.
