So he's gotten away with it so may times before, but now he messed up and scammed the wrong people.

I reported this to staff over 2 hours ago, and nothing has been done since. Now ill just post it public.

To the Community: Note that if you have been scammed in the past two hours, collect your losses from Sythe Staff. They were fore-warned.

1. I didn't "hack bluesky's Skype and scam $365". That's just an outrageous claim lol. Instead of reporting me, you should be reporting him, if he did in fact scam you.

2. I'm not denying I received $365. I sold 140m 07 to bluesky a few days ago, we agreed upon on price, and he sent me that. If he scammed you or was hacked, the onus is on him to pay you back, not mine.

3. Not sure why you didn't contact me personally about this so we could get to the bottom of this. You obviously know my Skype and how use to the PM system on Sythe.

 

Could you show us the conversation with blue sky from a few days ago?

Please tell me how, if you deal with bluesky, you know they're china oriented. How does the name who sent it to you sounds of chinese-descent at all?

You claim you sold 140m 07 to bluesky for $365. That puts it above $2.6 + the fees which are usually paid by the buyer. Bluesky was at $2-2.2/m this past week. The price has not fluctuated one bit since.

If you think an Asian based gold shop would EVER fluctuate their price to that extreme, especialy via paypal. You're even more nuts than I thought.

All that you are currently doing is buying yourself more time.

 

@ Entrr - Unfortunately, I do not. I use Skype on a mac, so when I leave group conversations, the history automatically gets deleted (to my knowledge).

 

Unfortunately for you I know multiple people with Macs who I just asked on Skype and they're saying you're incorrect.

Also, you're in a Skype group conversation with about 4 other people which I know, and since the last time I saw you in it you have logged out multiple times. Therefore, under your reasoning your group conversation would be gone. Yet you're still able to go right back to typing in it, you have no left, nothing.

Bluesky 100% did not pay $2.6 in the past few days, or the past few weeks for that matter, so that is a blatant lie.

Bluesky5581 has been hacked knowingly for ages, it's been a very long time since that skype has been safe, and almost everyone knows that bluesky is also won gold, they work for the same company. I'd assumine Heads, a fairly intelligent individual knows that. Thus he'd for sure ask for a PM and not take something outrageous like that.

Also, skype logs don't auto-delete, that's horse shit, my friend whom I skype with has a mac and she has all the logs on her computer so that's a load of crap.

On top of all this, which I now see as more than coincidental, Bluesky5581 sent this message out as a mass on March 14th - http://puu.sh/7zsEt/5baf24e3ba.png . Ironically enough, that's the day heads randomly comes back into a gold buying/selling market from at least a few what from what I've seen.

There's too much bullshit lying and coincidence for this not to be a shady case of scamming. My theory, heads has the skype as of some date, I'd assume march 14th but I can't say for sure, and he's been trying to get people to sell, giving crap offers, and then offering higher with the bluesky skype which has a great reputation.

Regardless, both users are banned, gun for vading, heads for scamming.

Dispute if you'd like, but do it with proof.

Bluesky's Skype and 90% of other major market users Skype's have been hacked on and off for ages. Also, you bet I did ask for some kind of confirmation before trading. As for the not saving chat logs, for someone who's been a part of Sythe for years, and understands a PM system and measures of being safe, you're telling me you have your history on Skype to be set to be deleted daily? I'm actually really sorry to hear that, honestly I am, because that's actually the dumbest thing I've ever heard. To be quite honest, I don't take your word over chatlogs and evidence that's being posted against you.

The latter happened to me in this case; once the trade was completed, I felt no need to save the chat history as everything went normal and smooth. Now please, after seeing this, tell me what other "theories" and suspicions you have and I'll try my best answer them.

Sorry Dave there's something that's giving me the sketches on the side of won gold. I was shown proof yesterday on powerbot and tribot he denies ever owning the Skype in question whereas here he claims it was hacked. No ip trace incriminates heads with the hacked Skype. The livechat clearly belongs to bluesky. I'm seeing a bunch of circumstantial evidence which if I were to ban anyone at this point it'd be bluesky till he sorts out why the Skype belongs to him on this site but "has never belonged to him" on another site. I'll post proof of these accusations when I get home. Unless I'm missing a big part of what I saw yesterday

You heads, due to the fact that you can't find any proof to show that you did indeed talk to the user, but you are claiming that bluesky did trade you, which I'll take your word for this, this is what will happen.

Refund Yuri's payment and I'll go ahead and unban you. Seems you were used as a middleman for a scam, and it seems like you're claiming that scam came from bluesky, so please refund the payment from Yuri, as you very well know that it's not bluesky's paypal and then post a scam report on bluesky.

Get this done ASAP so I can unban you.

Bluesky is one of the, if not THE larges gold buyer/seller on the internet after R2pleasent. This means that 99.9% sure she/he would not go first to you, regardless of if it was her/a hacker on the account (even though we all truly know it was you on bluesky).

With Bluesky not going first, that would mean that you would be going first. So you traded the 140M 07.

Please tell me what makes the "hacker" (by the way, that's you) go out of their way to find someone looking to buy the EXACT same amount of gold to have them send $ to YOUR paypal when in all reality everyone here knows that once a scammer received your 140m they would have simply just blocked you.

Why would someone go out of their way to "frame" you? Now, going by what you've said and what ive seen you post you're at least a half-intelligent human-being. So im still waiting on your answer to how you thought Bluesky would offer you half a $ more than any other Asian gold shop would per mil? Especially when shes one of the lowest offers usually, and when you bought the gold for $2.3. Be real, nobody attemps a 30C flip.
