Having trouble with password recovery...

I have another account that I've been using here off and on since may 19 2011, and I can't remember the password. I've tried the "Forgot your password?" thing probably 20 times, but I'm not getting an email. I know it's the right email because I still have the "Welcome to Sythe.Org Forums!" email stating my username. Am I doing something wrong that I'm not getting the emails? I've checked and my account isn't banned, I've tried adding [email protected] to my contacts and re-requesting my password, but I'm not getting anything. I've checked all of my folders and have been trying since yesterday to recover my password but nothing seems to be working for me.

Any help is much appreciated.

 

My friend had this probelm too, it's not just you. As for a solution, I don't know. Try PMing an Admin about this.

 

Pm an admin is probably your best solution.

 

With some emails, it'll just not receive it. Maybe to do with server issues, etc.
(Used to play a game called Habbo & I would recover passwords, and never receive an email.)
But contacting an admin is your best bet, like stated above.

 

are you making sure to check your junk folder? Is your email set to auto-delete spam/junk emails? check these settings. I personally have no clue if its a site issue or a personal issue, but you can try checking these things to make sure that its not a personal one.
