    winning requires you to get 100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900,1000 out of a 1000 dice.

    Thats 10 possible outcomes out of 1000 to win. 10 winning numbers out of 1000 is 0.1% chance, not 1/100 chance of winning. 1/100 chance of winning is a 1% chance :) You factored out the fact that getting 101,102,103,104 etc is also possible.

    So yeah. Appreciate the giveaway, but my OCD can't handle the thread saying "1/100 chance of winning" or "highest odds" or whatever. Still appreciate the giveaway tho <3

    You're not including the chances of getting numbers that aren't divisible by 100, like 102, 123,638,699,382, etc..

    Think about it this way: If the dice rolls between 1 and 100 how many ways can I win? If I get 100 then I win. So there is 1 way in 100. 1%
    If the dice rolls between 101 and 200, how many ways can I win? If I get a 200 then I win, so there is 1 way in 100. 1%.

    Are you seeing a pattern? Irrespective of which range the dice falls into: 1-100, 101-200, 201-300.... 901-1000 there is always exactly one way to win. And since it is a certainty that the dice must fall into one of those brackets then there is always exactly 1% chance of winning.
