    • Report/post/reason that got you banned: The reason I was banned was because 2 sythe users were scammed as a direct result of my lack of account safety. I did not have a 2FA and I think this was the cause of a hacker obtaining access to my account and thereafter scamming 2 sythe members pretending the hacker was myself. However, even though I did not commit the scams directly (the hacker did) I take FULL responsibility as ultimately account safety is my responsibility. Therefore, I take 100% liability and blame for this scam.
    • Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: proof of contacting victims for repayment can be found and described here: H3llz0n3arth (pictures etc) however, long story sort is that 1 of the victims was banned and the other victim was ban evading lol.... so I couldnt actually pay them back directly. So payment was made to a moderator @Jason
    • Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I think I have been extremely open and remorseful during this situation. I left zero information out of my testimony. I will explain further below in the next item -
    • Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I just remember receiving a horrible skype message from @Searchy one day saying 'hey man is your sythe account hacked'... my heart immediately sank. He knew I wasnt the type of person to scam anyone. I immediately reached out to sythe via dispute and I also immediately tried to contact the victims. As mentioned before, I actually didnt directly hack anyone, however my lack of action to prevent my account being compromised was the exact cause of this and for this reason I took 100% ownership of the situation. I was apart of this community since 2007!!!!!! I literally consider this place home. My 'get away' from the real world. I would never scam or hack anyone. I've completed thousands and thousands of dollars of transactions throughout the years with @Searchy and @RuneMob , both who I hope can stand up for my real life character. I own several real life businesses and I am 28 years old, I really wouldn't attempt this childish behavior of scamming people. When this happened and to this day I still feel horrible for what happened. Even if I get unbanned, the unban won't fully bring back my reputation and that is ultimately my fault and I will have to live with that and just hope that by continuing my good practice and genuine willingness to help this community that I can be forgiven for past mistakes. I will 100% take the necessary steps to keep my account secure (2FA is a must).

    • Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: yes I read the first sticky in the request a pardon section. I tried to look for more but that was the only one I saw. If I missed anything please feel free to bring this to my attention and I will read further. But yes, I read the first sticky.

    • Previous pardon link(s) if applicable: I have never been banned or accused of scamming in the history of this website (since 2007) so no additional previous pardons / N/A. In fact, during my time as a user, I helped get people banned for scamming.

Id like to take this last moment to thank the sythe mods for being very professional and fair through this process. I would love to return to this community, regain my account and continue helping and aiding the runescape community as best I can.

    Thank you for your time.

    H3llz.

Seems like your account made a roadtrip over the years, it went to bed with most countries. I'm currently listing all home IP's (or atleast the ones I recognise) and will then be checking with whom the account match so I can ensure their accounts are still safe. After that I'll dig deeper into your email address/skype profiles listed and if you've had any other Sythe accounts. I have a busy weekend ahead so I'll get back to this on monday if no other staff member beats me to it.

Listed all home IP's used to access your account in a deleted reply above for moderators to see. All IP's (except for one which was your home IP) were used to login on your account on Sep 15, 2017. That's the date they were last used to login to your account that is, I do not have the abilities to check if they were used around the time your Sythe account started scamming people, which was around May 11, 2017. Only administrator of Sythe are able to check if those IP's were used before aswell.

    Scam report 1: h3llz0n3arth
    Scam victim: @Disoxaril2
    Scam debt: 29.40$
Disoxaril2 got banned for scamming someone else who got banned aswell, so this goes to community repayment fund.

    Scam report 2: h3llz0n3arth
    Scam victim: @Off White
    Scam debt: 100$
This will go to community repayment fund aswell.

    Scam report 3: Reporting H3llz0n3arth
    [removed]

@Jason claims you repaid him 160.38M 07GP or $123.50 in BTC which wasn't exactly what was owed. Jason thought you owed them 130M 07GP, while in fact it was 130$. Let me know once the additional 6.5$ has been repaid to him.

@Jason claims the other $6.50 has been repaid so this can go into voting.

Your pardon will now go into voting. This will take atleast a week, but might take a bit more in some cases.
Meanwhile, feel free to Request a DNT though if you do, make sure you read this sticky first.
When your pardon is finished, your name will be shown in this thread as either accepted or denied.
Until then, please remain patient, thank you.
