Its the person, not the gun, the person made the gun, in intentions to use it. The gun didnt make it self, and shoot itself.

Like my dad...always told me. Never to use a gun in a fight only use what you got in yourself and your power. To me guns are for wimps.

Its our fault. Even if it went off acidentally we were the one who bought the gun. This of course only if your killing humans. If your hunting animals (depending on what kind) its alright.

The person who made the first gun should of been shot, then that gun should of been destroyed.

Why? Guns have mad a huge impact on world events. Good and bad. The fact is they have and always will be with us. I support the 5th amendment...and so does John McCain!
