Guide to 99 mage and a 6 pack!!!

Alright so once upon a time, I was a skinny little white boy. Yes I know its hard to believe, but it happened. However, then I started playing runescape. I wanted to get my first cape (99 mage) but I didn't want to get fat like church key, so I had to come up with something.

Believe it or not, it really wasn't that complicated. I didn't need a Bowflex or a treadmill. All I needed was my trusty wireless mouse. Basically all you need to do is take your mouse and place it on the floor. Place your cursor over the high level alchemy spell. Now get on the floor, do push-ups, and every time you do one, press on the left mouse button with your nose. Good luck on 99 mage and getting ripped like me!

Nice never would of thought of that. sadly im botting my mage and playing paintball so i guess my way works also oh also no matter waht i do i cant stop being a white ginger so i guess i cant fix that >.<

I laughed, you could get a tan if you moved your computer near a window and did it outside
