Hey guys, this is my first ever User Education guide =)
It's about basic parkour, how to do the vaults, running and other stuff to do with parkour please enjoy!
Starting off!
Firstly your gonna need some money. If your in the US around $80 Might be enough. If your in the UK probably around the same. Your gonna need to buy some lightweight running shoes. K Swiss does some good parkour shoes:

Your also gonna need some light running gear such as Tank tops, Shorts, Sweatbands etc.
When your ready now your gonna need to warm up by stretching. You should do some basic everyday stretches

Now your ready to move on to starting the vaults.
Basic Vaults
Monkey Vault: Two hands are placed on the object your leaping over. You will vault over it in a squat thrust position landing on your feet bending your knees safely on the other side.
Lazy Vault: With one hand placed on your desired vault station just swing over the top and land on your feet bending your knees.
Speed vault: Running towards your vault station you put both hands firmly on top of whatever your vaulting over. You then lift your legs up over what your vaulting over without touching it. Landing on your feet bending your knees.
Dash Vault: You run and first jump over the vault station then putting your hands down for safety then landing on your feet bending your knees.
Rolling: You land bending your knees then roll from one side of your shoulders down to the opposite hip so your spine barely touches the ground. This requires quite a bit of practice it took me a while to perfect.
Here's some videos which helped me learn parkour.
