Graphics Marketplace help- Ideas for a graphics shop?

hi, i just recently got introduced to this website by one of your fellow members, and im quite interested in making a graphics shop,

i just wanted to know if anyone is interested in
-sigs
-avatars
-General custom artwork
-Commisions
I was thinking of a price range between free-$3 through PP,

 

These are generally the things people look for in a graphics shop, as well as thread layouts, youtube layouts and logos/banners for sites.

If you want to get customers, you'll want some decent reputation. Get up that post count, and offer to do some free work to get noticed.

There are so many graphics shops out there now, and to really stand out, you have to offer something that no one else does. So a high proficiency/skill with different programs may help (I have noticed more recently that youtube intros and animated signatures/gifs are very in demand and not many people can do them).

An attractive layout and general professional approach to the forum and your posts can also really boost the success of your shop.

Before you set up shop, check out the market rules, and make sure not to give or take vouches for graphics. Use watermarks when dealing with customers, as an anti-scam measure.

It's hard to get noticed and established, but once you are, there are some great opportunities.
