Got a warning, how to prevent in future? Should i stop RWT?

So I bought gold on an alt on the 13th adn 14th of this month, i guess I got too comfortable and traded them to my main on the 14th becasue I also have a warning for him then. I always trade over loot with the trransfer when buying and muling, i also usually wait multiple days. So my question is, was not waitijg long enoughh my mistake? was bying so shortly in between it or a combo of both? I know you guys dont have solid answers but any insight is appreciated.

I do not want to risk getting banned on my main. does this mean my only option is bonding up now? Can i utilise methods such as killing the sellers in wildy/my alts?
