Swapping Gold with a RWT Warning?

Hey,

I got an RWT Warning on my account, and so obv I don't want to do anymore RWT stuff.

However, I've got a massive sum of gold on my RS3 account. I would much rather have this on my OSRS account.



Is it safe to use a swapping service (A trustworthy one, not worried about getting scammed) to swap it over to my OSRS account? I know to them it'll just look like a huge empty trade so it might just look like another RWT incident and potentially get my account banned

 

I think some of it is dependent on how much volume you are planning to swap. Another thing is i would avoid doing swaps with big CC/swapping community since there is some likelihood they will also RWT/flag for rwt. try to get a friend who can do the swap for you with them direct, not using a CC I think is the safest way.

 

Well swapping from new school to old is still considered RWT lol..

Like anything it has it's risks. Try to use high level accounts, members accounts (preferably with recurring subscriptions imo), safe trading practices (don't trade in dumb areas like lumbridge bank, g/e, etc) Just use your best common knowledge if you are looking for someone to transfer your gold to osrs, best of luck.

 

Swapping is normally allowed but definitely sketchy with your warning, let us know how it goes if you follow through

 

Oh yes, you can definitely Swap. JaGex has came out and said on mutliple occasions that Swapping is 100% allowed.

There is a lot of trustworthy Swapping Services.

You can even try asking a few of the more popular streamers if they have any friends who have a Swapping Service.
I've done it myself with no issue.
