Good workout for losing stomach fat?

    Nailed this right on the head, as did many with the swimming comments, my advice is actually not to run as it is the least affective way to burn calories and your body actually attunes itself to running faster then any other workout.

    Your core is arguably 80% made in the kitchen, so first and foremost get your eating habit in order. Doesn't matter how many times you work out a day if you are eating absolute shit you are wasting time. Your body needs fuel and good fuel. I suggest Googleing some good food to eat. I stick with grilled chicken, fish, rice, and veggies for me even fruits are out of my diet to much sugars.

    I probably only eat 1500-2000 calories a day if that and burn 300-500 in the gym.
    Im 6 foot tall and weigh 10 stone so I dunno lol.

    Seems I just can't get rid of it.

    Make sure your consuming the right amount of protein for your bodyweight, Split your meals in to 5-6 smaller meals per day. Lower your carb intake and do morning cardio before breakfast. you will see results mate just stick at it

    Yea well back to school for a couple of weeks to going to have to eat their shit but oh well lol

    Doing a lot of sit ups wont get rid of your gut. End of the day, to lose weight it comes down to 70% hard work in the kitchen and 30% hard work in the gym. Eat clean, more fats, less carbs no sugar. Try and work out to the best of your knowledge with dedicated cardio time per workout!

    Spot targeting doesn't work. You'd just have to diet and burn calories.

    eat 6 small meals a day (much better for you) drink cold fresh drinking water (2 litres) plenty of exercise you will lose it no problem I believe in you

    High intensity interval training is what strips fat off your body the most effectively.

    I agree that HILT training is one of the best. Also, you need to burn more calories than you eat. The body first burns the food you eat, then starts burning your body's stored fat. Therefore, it is recommended to workout for over 30 minutes for noticeable results.

    use an online calculator to calculate your metabolic rate, consume 300-500 calories below that metabolic rate of ''maintenance''. HIIT (high intensity interval training) will be your best bet. Do not ignore compound movement with weights if you are trying to lose fat because ''weight training'' will help you retain your muscle mass and actually look good with low percentages of bodyfat rather than like a lvl 21 skeleton on runescape... Most importantly remember that your goal is to lose ''fat'' not ''weight''. You may think you are losing fat fast because you r dropping weight fast but almost anyone experienced will tell you that is just water weight. Gl on your goals.
