    Anybody else having this issue?

    So recently, I decided to see which accounts are bound to an email of mine. I got a response from Jagex instantly with all the logins that are associated to that one email address.

    I tried recovering all of them, (put in login name - > do you have acces to this email? *********** -> Yes - > an email has been send to your address, please check junk folders etc)

    Well, I didn't get a single email (tried recovering 10+ accounts, all registered to that one email.)

    Anybody else having this or is it just me?

    Anybody else having this issue?

    This used to happen to me when I tried changing my password on one of my account and no e-mail would come though. No idea how to fix it.

    I believe I might've had similar troubles. I had contacted jagex to tell them the issue, and they recovered my account for me

    Hey, how did you go about entering your email? I only see options to enter the username & receive an email but I would be interested to know what additional old accounts I may have registered to my email. Thanks!

    Fucked up, lol. Went through my blocked email list and apperently I had blocked Jagex's email. Fixed it by unblocking it.

    Best of luck everyone else & check your blocked emails!

    Anybody else having this issue?

    Pretty sure just on the website, forgot password , then you get 4 more options one of them is forgot login, put in my email and they send me a list with all the account associated to that email.

    Anybody else having this issue?

    Depending on your email provider, they sometimes block those immediate emails, or send them to spam or something annoying. Hence why they also say to double check you haven't had their email blocked :p

    What's the email provider? I.e Hotmail, Gmail, etc.

    I always have issues with me @me email address.

    Outlook, and I just unblocked all emails with jagex or runescape in it and it worked (I block a shit ton of people)
