First I need to know why it was decided to be refunded full amount 750$, while masks alone worth 400$ and there is no proof you didnt sell them already from the account. Second what kind of rules i need to set before dealing with similiar accounts to avoid the situation. Third, why I can't give you replacement account with similiar or even better stats, because you said masks were "
It wasn't stated explicitly. Why?". If it wasn't and i didnt matter to you why would you not accept better account as replacement or 350$ refund?

Don't sell any more accounts like this, they're insecure for the buyer and you have no way of helping the buyer... where did you even get these accounts? Since you can't work with "the OO you bought it off" to unlock it, I suspect you're running a brute force recovery script, in which case selling these accounts isn't even allowed on Sythe, as they are stolen.

The proof includes information I don't want to share publicly, so I will only share it with a mod. In any case, the burden of proof should not be on me, you're the one under question for shady activity. I sincerely hope your future customers do their research before purchasing accounts from you.

Account was locked because you did something wrong on it, jagex dont lock accounts random, im trying to help you but you wanted full refund from the first moment it got locked, you did not accept any help and opened scam report instantly.

Yeah for 12 years since 2010, and with 1k+ rep on eldorado im selling stolen accounts and this is first scam report on me, with you providing no proof you didnt take masks and you do not accepting any solution for this, 350$ refund + new account, explain that to me?

1. Still dont understand why @Yoshiki listened only one side, its been 24 hours or so since i tried adding him on discord to talk and had no reply there or on this thread

2. Sent refund to simply dont waste any more time here and continue working because buyer can't prove he didnt take the masks and sold them and everyone understands that its simply impossible to prove so ill leave it as it is.

I think everyone that viewed this thread would like to see the proof publicly of buyer showing it (even if its impossible as i see).

 

The low fee you paid for this TX means it will take a very long time for it to be confirmed, but I'll thank you when it is.
