Explanation of the trade:
I paid $750 in BTC for an RS3 HCIM with 1 red and 1 blue h'ween mask

How they scammed:
After a few days of playing on the account, the account was locked. I contacted Golden007 for assistance in getting it unlocked. He then told me that he is not the original owner and cannot unlock it for me. I asked him if the person he bought it from can help, and he said they cannot help either. They have refused to give me a refund in lieu of assisting in unlocking the account.

- I'd prefer to have the account unlocked than to have a refund
- Eldorado.gg (the site Golden007 has all accounts listed) has a 5 day account insurance policy. I'd expect him to adhere to the same terms here.

Hey, I asked whats the appeal reason why it was denied for him, buyer stopped replying, 2x masks alone worth 400$ which could be easily transfered elsewhere anytime from the account at any time buyer took control of the account.

 

What i can offer to the buyer is 350$ refund, because masks could have been transfered already so im able to refund for the account itself.

 

I bought the account for 2x the value of the masks *because they were on a HCIM*. I can show proof to a mod that I have spent 6b+ on Croesus leeches on the account and started questing/skilling on it. It was a trophy account that I intended to play on long-term.

 

So you bought gold on it or made payments within runescape website with the account itself? If thats true you have billing information aswell as original password, current password, and one and only registered account email which is yours.

 

Yes, I added 12 months of premier membership. I've tried recovering with all of the information I have, and I cannot get it unlocked. I'm more than happy to screenshare with a mod while doing this again to prove it.

Anyone understands that you paid for the masks that comes with the account, account is worth 50$ or something only, masks create whole value of it
