Gold4RS owns Powerbot/RSBOT?

[iLikePaper]

If you know Powerbot, go to the Powerbot website, scroll right down, then it says:
powerbot (formerly RSBot) is owned by Gold4rs Ltd.

Wtf? I never knew that, just thought I'd share it with you peeps.

[Aroxez]

Yeah, it's weird isn't it? When I found out I was shocked.

[Deagon]

That is old news lol.

[KingCrackerJacks]

old, happened when rsbot.org domain was taken over, owner got sued and gold4rs helped them out and now gold4rs owns them

[Kimo rulz]

yeah gold4rs is the big BOB now

[Insane n00b]

Gold4RS saved rsbot...

[RossDuggan]

probably because gold4rs use powerbot for their goldfarming.

[Itz Me]

Didn't know this

[Insane n00b]

probably because gold4rs use powerbot for their goldfarming.

That doesn't even make sense.

[Mysko]

Diden't know this wtf xD

[Loyal 2 da game]

I'm pretty sure Gold4rs took over cause JaGeX can't sue them for whatever reason.

[superman sp]

doesnt this mean that gold4rs can keylog all our accs?

[Tiemen]

Because Gold4RS is located in Korea, jagex can't do anything to them. That's why the previous owner passed everything to gold4rs

[Seanly]

So basically Gold4RS are like "Can't touch this dunununun nunun nunun"

[Meeder1]

So basically Gold4RS are like "Can't touch this dunununun nunun nunun"

Thats the basic idea of running illegal operations over sea's

[Itz Me]

So basically Gold4RS are like "Can't touch this dunununun nunun nunun"

Yeah

[redawsomeness]

How do you think gold4rs get's all of it's accounts? Through bots. So they have a free bot which many people use and then they sell the accounts to gold4rs. They also use the bot client to powerlevel and gold farm on other people's accounts that use the services on their sites. It's a win win for them if they just pay for the website hosting.

[DreBeats]

Gold4RS saved RSBot when they were sued by Jagex, which is why they own them now.

[Relent]

not going to buy from powerbot now LOOOL !
