i don't buy it that he got "hacked" after 2k$ was scammed, evermore when lean showed no remorse to the victim who got scammed.

i didnt make the call and wasn't present for the most part of the discussion that took place in the SL - the other guys handled it bc of this reason. not that i cant make an unbiased decision when friends are involved; but merely to rebut any of this nonsense. I have no qualms banning or demoting "friends".

In the messages lean clearly says MoneyPak Redeeming ya. Now i know for a fact that lean bean sells/trades gold/mini ranks and a few other items. How would anyone be able to guess that kid was doing MoneyPak? You havent answered the question though, What was different in this case compared to Fendles? If anything leanbeans actions afterwards provides even more proof he scammed in my opinion. A innocent man isnt going to immediately dump all his investments unless he knows there's a chance he's going to be banned. I believe you let Leanbean freely scam 2,000.00 usd. He probably rents and needed to hire someone to clean the carpet and paint the inside. Smoking cigs in your house makes everything smell like shit.

I think you guys expect us to be closer than we are - we talk less than you think lel. I was around but wasn't involved in making the final decision because I knew people would stir up drama saying I pushed the closure of the report and it was all me, as per. Another Admin took the reigns.

There were bad coincidences on both sides in Lean's case unlike Fendles IIRC. And in Fendle's case I think there was a PM.

 

If im not mistaken there was a pm involved in this 1 as well. As far as im aware leanbean didnt make it known that his skype was hacked till after the fact. So if he has confirmation of the skype and pm proving it, then lean needs to refund or gtfo. Lean can argue he made his skype known to be hacked but only after the trade. So in theory leans still liable for his skype since the trade occurred before leans skype was "hacked" or reported so. The Pm sticks no matter what firez says. The PM was a month old; the PM guidelines are there for a reason. Skypes can get hacked stupidly easily and that's why we require PM's for trades in scam reports.

Peoples skypes (especially big market traders and mods) get hacked all the time. The outcome of the scam report was obvious.

 

Hattez is pulling shit out of his ass.

- I never made any jokes about my skype being hacked.
- I did refuse to pay the person who was scammed because i'm not paying out of my pocket for someone else's stupidity.
- He trusted me with $3,700 two weeks after the PM was sent without requesting a PM and the trade went through just fine.
- Fendle's case wasn't anything like mine. Fendle denied receiving the phat even though everything else from the chat, PM that was sent and his attitude (making threads in the spam forum calling himself a scammer) showed that he scammed the phat. He waited what two months to try and dispute his ban?

yes skypes do get hacked easily and i understand the pm was a month old. Why didnt lean report the skype hacked earlier? By the grace of god the hacker just happened to have hacked the skype in that 6 hr window? The hacker knew that the gentlemen needed a moneypak redeeming without him saying it first? Just coincidence that Lean reported the skype "Just after the trade". You can choose to ignore these but others wont. Im not asking for leanbean to be banned im just askin if we can have equal standards across the board mate. I like the current staff team and honestly you guys should get together and look at all the information again. Then take a look at fendles case and compare thought process's and wonder why the same wasnt done to Lean...

Remember too that he only asked this one user specifically. Then 45 minutes later, spammed the entire list offering to redeem MP. He knew this guy would do it, scammed him, then claimed hacked to cover his tracks.
