    Gnomeboat Banned chat logs proof

Hello, I got reported for "attempting to scam" someone on skype.

I was looking to buy rare names and was contacted by an imposter called "Live:runegoldsales" on skype and he was trying sell me the name "Dragon" I got him down to about 75$ and was then planning on trying to resell it instantly to "Pistolah-" on skype.

Before I purchased the name I asked "Pistolah-" on skype if he would be interested in buying the name and when he asked for proof of me having the name I was gonna buy the name from "Live:runegoldsales".

But then I realized he was an impostor so I couldnt really show any proof and tried to explain the situation to "Pistolah-" but he wouldnt listen and just removed me from skype which is understandable because I agree it looked wrong.

I never scammed anyone, but I understand it looked fishy as fuck and slap a TWC on my account or whatever. I just don't think I deserve to get permanently banned for this since I've never scammed anyone.

    Thanks.

Unbanned with a TWC for poor trading practices. You should notify your customers that you're going through a supplier rather than leading them on as if you own the name currently. You may dispute your TWC here, however I recommend that you obtain a decent amount of vouches prior to making a dispute.
