Barrie J W banned without enough proof?

Hi, I'm barrie j w, and I was recently banned for scamming.. The guy that posted the scammer report against me claimed that I went on his skiller and dropped all his stuff? In the screenshots he provided all you saw was us talking, I was going to train his mining from 27 up, and just as I was about to start, I asked him for $2 payment, I didnt think 2 bucks was much to ask for for some training. Anyway, after i asked he completely flipped out and started accusing me of scamming. His screenshots proved NOTHING, and the only other proof he had was chat logs - and chat logs aren't even f'ing proof.

Now, I've been a member of Sythe since back in 08, and I've been 100% trustworthy every since, I feel that me being banned because some leecher flipped out and didn't even post proof is a bit stupid.
