Giddy scammed me

As of now I don't have proof but once I get to my house I will get the pictures. I bought a 115+6 from him for 43million gp. He said he was original owner but then after 3 weeks, i logged on and the password was changed. It just so happened that when I logged on my other account, elementsk60 was online. He talked to me and asked me who I was and what I did with his account. I said I bought it from a guy, he said he was original owner. I asked giddy on MSN, and he said that it was impossible for the Original owner to get it back. Then I remembered that he said HE was original owner. After a few days, I never saw elementsk60 online again and Giddy on MSN. So if Giddy is trying to sell again, that's enough proof. Oh and he did give me recoveries but Jagex found out that the original owner recovered the account because of IP. So now, i lost 43mil. I ain't closing this thread Giddy, I want another account.
