Thank you for the email you sent regarding your account. Our specialist guys have reviewed your account for you and they have concluded that macroing plus other offences did take place and this, unfortunately, means you will remain banned.
We know how frustrating this is and understand that you are upset by the decision but we have to be consistent and fair to all of our players, letting the account back in game would not be fair to anyone. We wish we could help you further in this situation but unfortunately we can’t give the account back.
Try to see this from our point of view; we have a huge community in game and players who work hard all day levelling up their accounts, if we were to let players who have broken the game rules go back into game it would not give a good impression to the players who abide by our rules. I am sure you have read the rules and know we do not accept macroing under any circumstances, think of this as a chance for you to learn and realise that sometimes in life you have to play by the rules or don’t play at all. Please don’t take it personally.
We would be delighted if you would like to continue to play our game on a new account, please remember we are watching and macroers will always be caught! I personally, would always recommend having another look at our rules/terms & conditions etc as they may have changed since the last time you looked and contain some useful tips.
I’ll be honest with you, the majority of the time when this sort of thing occurs the player will continue to email us requesting the same thing or get their parents to email us. Let me speak from experience, it never works! We will not change our decision as it has been reviewed more than once already. We value all our players and always want to be available to help you when you need us, so please don’t put us in a situation where we feel we need to disregard your emails.
