Gaming Glasses

Do you guys think it is worth buying a pair of gaming glasses? I spend a lot of time on my computer playing games and sythe, but don't know if those glasses are worth the price. Please post your ideas about them and if you have a pair please tell me if they are worth it.

Honestly for the price of the glasses I rather buy bots with that money and go out for something else.

I think it do the same thing as Gaming Glasses.

 

It's hard to tell whether these things work as it's kinda dependant on the individual.. you don't know if they've helped because you don't know what you'd be like otherwise. They don't cure, they just prevent so...
They are proven to reduce eye strain though so if you're looking at screens all day you could benefit in the long run if you have em.

Unless you are just constantly on the computer like 16 hours a day or something they seem like an expensive pair of useless plastic. Take breaks and walk outside. If you're spending enough time playing video games to need these then there is a good chance you have a much bigger problem than eye strain.

I use the Gunnar gaming glasses the Phantom style. Helps me when I wanna focus up.
