When starting you get to choose between 4 villages.
Blacksmiths
Casters
Herbologists
Alchemist
Once you join a village you train in the skills of that village and work to become more powerful and earn money. Once powerful enough. You can go to other villages and learn their skills. Minor skills may not be more powerful than your main one, but your main skill levels twice as fast.
