    Could a sythe staffmember please tag xier0 (as he is not responding to me on Skype and I cannot PM him on here) in this post so he can create a new invoice for the 500$ as to solve the dispute at last, this time with adequate wording of the invoice title. This invoice was settled on as seen in our old dispute thread: Disputing an account ban

    You created a thread, yes. You used it as an opportunity to not only slander BBB once again, but also as a form of entrapment. I personally deleted the thread when it was brought to my attention as it violated the rules and you refused to make any modifications per iZinC's request. To be blunt, I'm not a big fan of you posting a thread in the first place as you would be able to change the title without record (#XFthings). You were aware of the legal implications of your thread and I'm not the least bit surprised iZinC refused to accept the slanderous invoice, as it suggested iZinC was solely responsible for "DDoS attacks". This has been an on-going theme from you for years now, stalling in any way possible to prevent BBB from reintegrating into Sythe.

    This will not go on any longer. I'm going to give you 7 days from the time of this post to post a new invoice for the $500 so as to resolve the dispute at last. I believe that's more than a reasonable amount of time. Non-compliance will result in the funds being accepted from iZinC and placed into escrow until you get your head out of your ass. If another 6 months pass without an adequate invoice being posted, the funds will be released and go toward the community repayment thread.

    I will ask staff to tag you on this thread once every 2 weeks until an invoice is posted or 6 months pass; whichever comes first.

    I hope that satisfies your request for investigation.

    As a result of time-zone variation and blockchain speed (or lack thereof), there was a slight delay in being able to post an update. That being said, however, the $500 has been successfully locked up in escrow. Once @Xier0 posts a sufficient invoice which is merged into this thread, the funds will be released from escrow upon request. As per my recent post, the following is now in effect at the time of this post.

    iZinc (BigBoiBets) has had the invoice to pay for his DDoS attacks since he requested it in October. Here is the link for proof: iZinc/Bigboibets DDoS attack invoice

    As I already mentioned before, iZinc is lying, he has not attempted to make contact to repay his victims since October.

    iZinc still has not attempted to contact @Charlotte since he was asked to on December 10th, so it appears once again he is wasting the time of his victims and staff instead of trying to conduct a pardon in good faith.

    I've received the funds from Sythe. @BigBoiBets has been pardoned & his case with me can be considered closed.

    I'll contact Jon's family tomorrow morning to get them his half of the restitution.
