From the PR team to the Sythe community.

I'm new to the community so I really have no idea what you guys do, advertisement on social media platforms doesn't sound like it needs its own PR team but I'm sure there's more to it than what we see. Keen to see this list.

As a new member, I can see what everyone's position was on the PR team and their priorities. After being on the team for a few days now, I can see that the PR team has goals in mind and we are doing a lot of work behind the scenes to ensure we can get more members onto Sythe. A lot of what we are working on may not directly affect most of you, but please note, there are a lot of things working in the process and I believe that we are heading in the right direction.

 

Could we get an update on @Gun performance. Would like a pie chart pls.

I'm curious what sort of improvements there have been since the leadership changed hands. Unfortunately, I have seen not much. Facebook is still dry, Twitter is still inactive, and the Instagram posts half-assed memes. I'm just curious what sort of improvements have been made since you were so rushed to overthrown @Buyacc of his leadership position.

Which shows all of the work the PR team has completed over december (our last month) We are updating that thread every month so you can see the work the PR team has been doing/ is doing.


Richard has asked me to trust in @Im Solo s direction in where he wants to take the team, so for the most part I am playing a supporting role in the leadership activities and just helping push people in the right direction whenever things get stale. Right now solo is working into getting us to advertise through low name streamers and getting into market based games that are not runescape.

I have also moved for a push for the return of the monthly videos @iFreshMez did which were really well received. Expect to see one of those at end of this month. We are talking with mootrucks about getting it ran concurrently with sythe monthly.

 

Another way of gaining new users is by encouraging the creation of runescape guides. I found my way here because "pure mith gloves guide" has sythe as the first result on google.

Yea, I checked that thread and nothing has changed since I left the group a month ago lol

 

As i stated eariler the thread is showing what happened in December. Richard was making changes in the group around Christmas.

I fail to see your logic in expecting major changes from roughly December 23rd to January 1st. Which is in the middle of the holidays


Maybe when the January update comes out in Feburary you can accuratley gauge how the team is doing in your opinion, rather than just a couple days during christmas.

 

Awesome to hear guys! Also if your not the questing type check out the market. I used to quest for people and alot of people enjoyed the experience of not having to do it themselves.
